Problem: A team within a major advertising agency had been through repeated change in leadership. The newest leader wanted to retain the team members and valued them for their client relationships and talent. They, however, could not move on from the past.

Solution: Neustadt Consulting worked with the group as a team and in limited individual sessions to clear the air, identify what they felt was left unfinished and set new goals going forward. New roles and responsibilities were negotiated based on a combination of self-assessment, team assessment, organizational needs and feedback from clients.

The new division president was able to create a business plan for the group that energized everyone. The team moved into action and achieved exceptional business results.
