360 Feedback
Problem: IT Department quickly became highly visible because of its growing importance but also for its tremendous lack of talent in leadership and management. Neustadt Consulting was brought in with a team of coaches to create a program that began with 360 feedback, went on through goal setting, development planning, succession planning and leadership development.
Solution: We worked with very technical, highly introverted managers and group heads one-to-one to help them prepare to deliver usable feedback to their teams.
We followed up to ensure success. The managers used our process to give clear direction in a motivating and energizing way. The performance improvements were fast and clear.
